Refund policy

【Returns and Exchanges】

1.mysha provides a 7-day return window starting from the day your item gets delivered.

2.Returns and exchanges that do not comply with following policy will not be accepted.
・Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused and unaltered, in the same condition it arrived in.
・Items must be in the original branded packaging, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
・The item is flawed or damaged over 7 days after the purchase is made
・Items with the receipt or proof of purchase.
・Selected items marked as not eligible for returns and exchanges.

3.We cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

4.Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued via the original payment method within 3 business days.
