【Shipping Fee】
Shipping fee will be 500 yen (tax-included)for all areas except some areas in Japan.
*Shipping fee will be 700 yen (tax-included) for Hokkaido / Okinawa
*Free shipping on purchases over 30,000 yen (tax-included)

【Shipping Methods】
The shipping method is specified by our store and cannot be selected by the customer in principle as well as date and time specifications.

【Delivery Terms】
Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within 2-3 business days. However, it may take up to 3 weeks depending on product availability.

Please kindly understand in advance that the standard delivery term does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are being held.
*The shipping date and time may change due to delays during the New Year holidays and major holidays.

【Damage during shipping】
We take great care to avoid scratches and dents on the outer box when preparing for shipping. However, there is still a possibility that some problems may occur during transportation or damage may occur due to the responsibility of the shipping company after the package has been handed over to the delivery company. We ask for your understanding of scratches, dents, etc. on the outer box to the extent that they do not interfere with the use of the items.
